DDC ERROR IN SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE| How to remove

The DDC error code on a Samsung washing machine indicates that the Add Door opened without pressing Start/Pause. To fix this, you can try the following:

  1. Close the Add Door properly
  2. Press and hold Start/Pause to resume operation 
     
If the error code persists, you can check the following:
  • Add Door latch: Make sure the latch is securely fixed and that nothing is caught in the door 
     
  • AddWash door: If your washing machine has an AddWash door, press the Pause button to open it 
     
  • Reset the machine: Unplug the machine, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in 
     
  • Drain hose: Check that the drain hose isn’t bent
